Purposes of processing

We use your information to receive your visa consultancy enquiry, assess the guidance you may need, and contact you. Submitting the form does not file an official visa application.

Collection method and legal basis

We collect your name, email address, phone number, optional note, and visa form answers electronically through this website. We process the data needed to assess your request and take steps to enter into a consultancy agreement under Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698.

Data transfers and recipients

Authorised ELG staff review your enquiry. We send the reference number, full name, phone number, email address, destination, travel purpose, and any note to the team inbox so they can follow up and contact you. We send an acknowledgement to your email address. Gmail processes these notifications. We store form records on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany to operate the site and manage enquiries. Gmail may also process notification data on servers outside Türkiye.

Retention period

Our retention policy sets a limit of 90 days from submission for enquiries that do not lead to a service. For enquiries that lead to a service, the retention period depends on what is necessary to provide it and on any applicable legal retention obligations.

Your rights and how to contact us

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you may find out whether we process your data and request information about the processing, its purpose and whether it is used for that purpose. You may ask about recipients in Türkiye and abroad, request correction or, where applicable, erasure or destruction, and ask us to notify recipients of those changes. You may also object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Session cookie

The site uses a necessary session cookie to keep your place in the visa form and protect submissions. Your unfinished draft resets after about two hours of inactivity.
